Welcome to the 2009 - 2010 season

The Norwich Engineering Society is a forum for engineers to exchange ideas and experiences. We aim to promote widespread discussion and debate through a programme of specialist talks and visits. To promote information and learning relating to Engineering progress, advances and achievements in the World today.

If you are at all interested in Engineering, then the Norwich Engineering Society is for you!

Our Events Programme . . .

Winter Events

Over the period October to April we have, on average, two talks a month. These form the heart of our Winter activities spanning a wide range of engineering interests.

 

Summer Events

Last year and this, several visits have been arranged to companies and engineering facilities. These have all been specially tailored to our interests.

               will be at the Holiday Inn
       on Monday 8th Feb 2010 at 7.30 pm.

An Institution of Civil Engineers event
  At their next meeting on February 10th ICE are holding a talk entitled:
       "Light Rail in France - The Current Scene"
The meeting is being held at the Oaklands Hotel, Yarmouth Road, Norwich at 18.00 for 18.30.

NES members have been cordially invited to attend.
